Return & Refund Policy

At United Front Safety Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all components and tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:

  • Custom-printed, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Items showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@unitedfrontsafety.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to an order error or damaged/defective item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll make it right.
