Shipping Policy

At United Front Safety Solutions, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and accurately. Below you’ll find our standard shipping terms and options.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your items ship.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST typically ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (continental U.S. only).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or your account dashboard.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the carrier first using the tracking information provided.

  • If unresolved, reach out to us at info@unitedfrontsafety.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
